Sorry for the lack of post on the subject, I’ve been quite busy. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to keep up with working out everyday so far. The last week of classes and then finals literally took up all of my time. However now that school has been done since Friday, it is time to get back on my grind. I have been running sporadically during the last 2 weeks or so but it hasn’t been consistent. Today however I busted out a 5K will the weather was working against me (There was a very strong wind the whole run).
